• Print-on-demand items are made to order and require 7–10 business days of handling time before shipping.
• Digital downloads are delivered electronically upon purchase.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (shipping address, contact details, payment information) is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing/product listings.

3. Shipping and Returns

• Physical products may be returned if new and unworn.
• Digital downloads are non-refundable.
• All returns must be initiated by emailing us first.

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on our site are the property of Jugs The Fox and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property to you.
