Handling Time

All print-on-demand products are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for handling before your order ships. Handling time is separate from transit/shipping time, which will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Digital Downloads

Digital download products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable. Because digital files can be accessed immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered.

Returns — Physical Products

We accept returns on physical products, provided the item is:

• Unworn
• In its original condition

If your physical item meets these conditions, please email us to initiate your return. We are unable to process returns without prior email contact.
